New Years Resolutions: Here we go again!

December 31, 2014

It’s that time of year again, when we all create resolutions that will most likely be broken within a few months. We too normally roll our eyes at this notion, but there is hope! While it is easy to get lost in the ‘hype’ of New Years, it is also a good time to reflect on the past year and set realistic goals for the coming one. And that’s exactly what we at Major Web Productions plan to do!

Our Resolutions for 2015

Be better web designers!

This is a standard goal we use each year to remind ourselves that we can always improve. Whether it’s keeping up with the latest design trends, or finding new ways to improve our marketing campaigns – we can always learn more to help our clients. And in 2015 we plan on continuing that tradition.

Give more free advice.

We have a lot of helpful info that we feel can improve businesses, which is something we love to do. That’s one of the main reasons we’re starting this blog – to help our clients (and others) succeed! In the coming year we plan to post numerous tips that will help both your website and company’s overall marketing plan, from WordPress tips to understanding Google Analytics – we’ll have you covered. So stay tuned!

Play more video games.

Seriously! We are proud of being workaholics, which is great for business but not always for our sanity. Even Picasso had to put the brush down now and again. Therefore we need to concentrate on spending (a little) more time doing things aside from web design that we enjoy. (This will probably be the resolution we break two weeks in. We love to work!)

Your Resolutions Goals for 2015?

Start that new website.

Have you been wanting to have a website built for your company but continue to put it off? The start of 2015 may be the perfect opportunity to actually setup your new site. This time next year, you will be glad you did!

Redesign your current site.

Maybe your company already has a website, it’s outdated and seeing very little returns. In this case, 2015 may be the perfect opportunity for a site redesign. Once again, you’ll be thanking yourself this time next year!

Make more sales!

Another benefit of reflecting on the past year is being able to evaluate how well your website and business are performing. Perhaps you may want to improve your leads, or sell more products. Either way, we can help!

Good luck in 2015!

We at Major Web Productions would like wish everyone a happy and safe New Year. Cheers!
